North Island Apps creates mobile games and apps. Our apps may include banner advertisements, Daily Puzzle features, online leaderboards, high scores, achievements, local game progress, and app settings.

These services may collect or use device information, Advertising ID, app activity, approximate location, diagnostics, crash information, performance information, and related technical data.
- Technical and server information: When online features are used, our servers may receive information such as IP address, request time, app version, device or browser information, error information, and server logs.
How We Use Information

- Operate Daily Puzzle, high score, and leaderboard features.

If you submit a score, the app may send your chosen display name or nickname, score, completion time, puzzle date, puzzle identifier, ranking, and related gameplay result information to our leaderboard server.
Leaderboard information may be visible to other users of the app. This may include your chosen nickname or display name, score, completion time, puzzle date, and ranking.
Please do not use your real name, phone number, email address, home address, or other personal information as your leaderboard display name.
Leaderboard scores may remain on our servers so that daily, weekly, monthly, historical, or all-time high scores can be displayed.
Technical and Server Information
When online features are used, our servers may receive basic technical information such as IP address, request time, app version, device or browser information, error information, and server logs.
We use this information to operate online features, troubleshoot problems, improve reliability, protect against abuse, and prevent cheating or misuse.
North Island Apps may maintain server records for online features such as Daily Puzzle leaderboards and high scores. These records may include nickname or display name, score, completion time, puzzle date, puzzle identifier, ranking, and related gameplay result information.

Leaderboard scores may remain on our servers so that daily, weekly, monthly, historical, or all-time high scores can be displayed.
Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and normal operation.
Children
Our apps are general-audience apps and are not directed specifically to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and remove it if necessary.
Your Choices and Requests
You may choose a nickname that does not identify you personally.
If the app provides an option to avoid submitting scores to an online leaderboard, you may choose not to submit your score.
You may reset or limit your Android Advertising ID through your device settings.
You may delete local app data or uninstall the app to remove local progress and settings from your device.
You may contact us to request removal of leaderboard information associated with your chosen nickname, where possible.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect app and server information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy when our apps, features, advertising partners, online services, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
